Most purchases are shipped from our store via UPS, to arrive within  5 business days from receipt of your order.  We will notify you via e-mail of any delays.  Items ordered together do not always arrive in the same box.  For items not currently in stock, we will notify you of approximate delivery time.

All cartons should be opened and examined for damage immediately upon receipt.  Do not sign for or accept any damaged shipments.  If your order is damaged, have the shipper return it to Smiths and a replacement will be sent.
