Our special mix contains cracker crumbsseasoned with our Chesapeake Bay Style Seafood Seasoning and air-dryed red bell peppers,carrots, celery, tomatoes and leeks. Simply add fresh crab meat, an egg and a little mayonnaise and saute or broil. Easy recipe on back of packet. You can also substite cooked, flaked fish and make fish cakes.
